At the end of the nineteenth century, Brest is considered the largest port in the world, including artists like Louis-Nicolas Van Blarenberghe and the Ozanne brothers were witnesses. The discovery of the collections of the National Gallery of Fine Arts and the National Museum of the Navy takes you to the peak of the activity of the port.

The route starts at the Musée des Beaux-Arts and continues at the Musée de la Marine.
